Draw a string at a pixel location using the default 8x16 IBM VGA CP437 face (the same glyphs as TERM and PRINT). CHR$(128) to CHR$(255) draw those code-page cells. Scale follows FONT.
TEXT x, y, string$ [, colour]
x, y - pixel position string$ - text to draw colour - RGB colour (default foreground)
