Draw an elliptical arc centred at (x, y). The arc is stroked as connected line segments; it does not fill the pie wedge.

x, y - centre of the ellipse r1 - radius along X r2 - radius along Y a1 - start angle (radians, or degrees after OPTION ANGLE DEGREES) a2 - end angle (same units as a1) colour - stroke colour (optional; default is the current foreground)
