EOF

command

Test whether a file is positioned at the end.

flag = EOF(#n)

n - open file number

For a disk file EOF is position >= size; for a TCP file it is not connected. See also LOF, LOC, OPEN.

Example:

OPEN "A:/DATA.TXT" FOR INPUT AS #1
DO UNTIL EOF(#1)
  LINE INPUT #1, l$
  PRINT l$
LOOP
CLOSE #1
